B34: "The Bedroom" Drawn meticulously graphite, the bedsheet's design was instrumental in the creating of the wrinkles, without actually drawing a wrinkle! This leads the viewer's eye into the complexity of reflections; the headboard was not only mirrored, but half of it was angled back at 45°, which further complicated reflected things such as lampshades, shadows, pictures, etc.. The hollow-core shiny wooden closet door reflects the sunlight brought in from outside on the lower-left side of the image. A simple scene, really, but with just enough reflective surfaces throughout this scene to allow this pencil art project ! drawn completely from somewhere else, by the way ~ to be complicated and very challenging. The non-shiny walls and carpeted floor reflect nothing, giving a little visual relief.
